Refund policy

Sixty days. Opened or unopened.

We ask you to finish the tub. If HerCreatine isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — even if the tub is open and mostly used. That's the point: creatine works by saturation, and you can't judge it in a week.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tryhercreatine.com with your order number and the name the order was placed under. You don't need to explain yourself, and you don't need to send the tub back — please don't, it costs us both money and we can't resell it.

What you get back

The full purchase price, refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is free on every order, so there's nothing else to deduct. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval; depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Limits

One refunded order per customer or household. This applies to purchases made directly through this store.

Multi-tub orders

If you ordered more than one tub, we'll refund the unopened tubs in full and the opened tub under the guarantee above, within the same 60-day window.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and doesn't count against it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order is with the fulfilment centre we can't stop it, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.
