Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order.

Where we ship: United States only.

Cost: Free. Every order, no minimum, no exceptions.

Processing: Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch, via USPS.

In practice: most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.

Address accuracy: We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email hello@tryhercreatine.com immediately — once an order reaches the fulfilment centre we can't change it.

Lost or delayed parcels: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim and reship or refund.

International: We don't currently ship outside the United States.
